Ive been trying to get in contact with customer service for the past week and havent got a response!
I currently have what is apparently (?) an older generation of GeoRide 3, which has a badge and a siren (which is called a "live alarm"). I ordered another GeoRide and got an apparently (?) newer version, the GeoRide 3S (maybe?). I reached out to customer support because there is absolutely no information in the support section of the website other than how to track your order. I was told that it was a different generation and that they thanked me for my understanding, without explaining how it was different or what model I had ordered. The non GeoRide 3 model that I do have has an abundance of wires and if possible I would like to attach a siren but there is no wiring diagram. It also appears that there is no longer an option to utilize an RFID badge to unlock the bike. Still a good option but drastically less comprehensive as the GeoRide 3. Any sort of actual information would be extremely useful (wiring diagram to attach 3rd party siren? Information on the difference? Even the ability to order accessories, as you still can on the French website)
My GeoRide adapter went to the incorrect address. GeoRide won’t help me sort through this or even talk to me about it. I have nothing to show from the $60 that I’ve paid to use this service!
